Output: Design direction, newsletter templates (inc. build), styleguide.

Redesign of Topshop’s entire email suite, comprising various newsletters, messaging, premium (personal shopping), student news, loyalty card etc. Existing issues were addressed, restructuring how the emails are sliced and built to save on resources, and ‘safe’ fonts were researched.

A 60 page styleguide was also produced, detailing everything from fonts & colours, to character limits, product dimensions and categorisation.
